Mr. Christman was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland and raised in Harford County Maryland.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1987 with a double major in History and Political Science.  While in college Mr. Christman was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity where he served as Sergeant at Arms for two and a half years.  Mr. Christman received his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1990 and began his legal practice in Baltimore.

Mr. Christman is admitted to practice in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.  Throughout his legal career Mr. Christman has been counsel in more than 5,000 individual and business bankruptcy clients as well as representing hundreds of clients before the Workers Compensation Board.

Mr. Christman resides locally with his wife Carol.  Outside the office he enjoys fishing and playing golf.  Mr. Christman is also a Civil War enthusiast and enjoys reading about the great generals and battles of the civil war.

Mr. Fascetta was born in New York, NY and was raised in West Windsor, NJ.  He received his undergraduate degree from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland.  While in college Mr. Fascetta was Chairman of the All Campus Judiciary for two years and served as Treasurer and then President of his fraternity Kappa Alpha Order.  Mr. Fascetta received his law degree from Widener University School of Law (formerly Delaware Law School).  Upon graduation Mr. Fascetta returned to Maryland and began his legal practice.

Mr. Fascetta is admitted to practice in Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.  He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Bar Association of Maryland.  Mr. Fascetta recently served as Chairman of the Consumer Division of the Bankruptcy Bar for the State of Maryland.  Besides his legal career Mr. Fascetta is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and is presently the dedicated broker for Flat Rate Real Estate, Inc., a residential real estate sales company located in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Mr. Fascetta resides locally with his wife Tricia and his two sons Ryan & Michael.  He is active in his community serving as President of the Woodcrest III Homeowners Association.  Outside the office he enjoys playing golf, reading and spending time with his family.
